That Addon is Spellreminder, experimented a bit with Classtimer first but in my opinion Spellreminder is better in every aspect. Like showing cooldowns and keeping tracks of your (de)buffs on multiple mobs/players. It even has the option to announce when Divine Sacrifice ends etc I think, but I still need to figure that out.
